How is shipping calculated for multiple addresses?
Shipping rates for multiple addresses are calculated for each address as if each portion of the order were a separate order. As you proceed through the checkout process, you will see your order broken up into suborders, each with its own associated shipping charge.
How do you ship ice cream? Will it melt?
Our 6 pint bundles are shipped in a special box that includes a thick layer of dry ice and special insulation. Your ice cream will arrive fresh and frozen, as if it was just taken out of the freezer.
What about dietary preferences and allergies?
No need to worry—we've got you covered! Our expert team can help you navigate any
concerns, always being mindful of religious and dietary sensitivities. With both traditional
and non-dairy options, our ice cream ensures there's something delightful for everyone.

Where do you ship corporate gifts?
We ship our corporate ice cream gifts all over the continental United States. From coast to coast. We do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska. P.O. Boxes or any of the U.S. territories.
